  • Yes, but by setting up an account, you become ab Amuse Beauty VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future. 
Where can I get Amuse Beauty? 
  • Amuse Beauty products can solely be found on amuse247.com 
Problems placing order 
    • We apologize for any difficulty you may have had while placing your order. Please contact us so we may assist you and resolve future issues. EMAIL US, we will respond within 48 hours.  
    Change order once it’s placed 
    • Sorry, once you place an order, it is final. 

     

    Shipping 

    Free shipping? 
      • For domestic orders we offer FREE Standard shipping at $60  
      Where do you ship? 
      • Currently only the United States 
      Shipping Method? 
      • All packages are shipped via USPS. 
      Placed an order, when will it arrive? 
      • All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. 
      • Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.  
      Marked delivered, but no package? 
      • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it. You must file a claim with USPS. Once packages have left Amuse Beauty’s warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers must directly file a claim with USPS. 
      Return to sender 
      • Sadly, when mail gets returned, shipping fees will be incurred. If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website.  Amuse Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order.  
      What is a HAZMAT Product? 
      • Certain items are considered hazmat, or hazardous materials. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) and are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally from the U.S. 

       
       

      Returns 

      • Sorry, ALL sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds 
      • In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 72 hours of receipt of the package. After 72 hours, we have the right to reject any claims of damages. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

      Does Amuse Beauty Test on animals? 
      • Never. Amuse Beauty is a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. 
      Is Amuse beauty vegan? 
      • Amuse Beauty is cruelty-free and never tests on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct animal testing on our behalf. While the majority of the products are free of animal byproducts, Amuse Beauty is not considered a vegan line: A handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax and carmine. 
      Gluten Free? 
        • Your health and safety is important to us—we know how serious gluten allergies can be. Amuse Beauty products are formulated without gluten-derived ingredients; however, due to the manufacturing process, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten. If you have concerns regarding gluten, please ask your doctor.
